Set the employee current work site for kiosk sync, attendance validation, and reports without changing official employer.

Project Movement

Saving a new current assignment updates the employee current work site. The employee official company stays the same; the selected project company becomes the site/reporting company. Attendance still requires checkout from the same project where check-in happened.

Current Work SiteLeave Effective To blank when this is the employee's new current project/site.
Temporary WorkUse Effective To for short relief or emergency support without closing the main current site.
Cross Company WorkIf Terra staff works at Valencia project, the system records Valencia as site company and keeps Terra as official company.
Open Punch RuleIf employee is already checked in, the app must checkout from that same project before next project check-in.
